The Tea Set was originally an excuse to get together a bunch of talented but modest women writers, artists and aspiringists, to drink tea and eat cake.
All very informal with a distinctly creative overtone.
Since then, much Earl Grey has been consumed and ideas mooted which, long story short, has resulted in a formal way of showcasing serious talent.
From that initial meeting in a local café, we’re now fully hybrid, with Tea Setters scattered all over the country.
